All meals fully catered Residents enjoy three fresh, fully catered meals every day served in the Dining Hall, including Formal Dinners most Monday evenings during semester.

Fortnightly room servicing Student rooms are cleaned every two weeks by our dedicated housekeeping team, helping residents maintain a comfortable and well-kept living space.

24/7 onsite support With a Resident Assistant on duty after business hours and three staff members living onsite, students have support and advice avaialble whenever they need it.

Sport, culture and campus life
Full Sydney Uni Sport membership All residents receive a gym membership to Sydney Uni Sport, granting access to gyms, fitness classes and campus sports facilities.
Intercollegiate Sport (Rosebowl) Students can represent Sancta in the Intercollegiate Sport competition across a wide range of sports including netball, tennis, hockey, rugby 7s, AFL, swimming, diving, rowing, basketball, soccer and athletics.
Intercollegiate Creative & Performing Arts Competition (Palladian Cup) Students can participate in cultural and performing arts events such as solo instrumental, solo vocal, oration, dance, solo drama, debating, vocal ensemble, art, instrumental ensemble, and drama ensemble through the prestigious Palladian Cup.
Intramural Championship Students may also join Intramural events throughout the year, offering additional opportunities to stay active, meet new people and enjoy social opportunities to compete against other University of Sydney residences.
Community and campus events Residents have access to the full range of College and student-run social, cultural and academic events throughout the year.
Optional University of Sydney Union membership Students may opt in to the USU membership program, providing access to clubs, societies, events and member-only campus discounts.
Undergraduate accommodation
For women studying full-time at university
From $701 per week Sancta provides a fully catered, supportive home for undergraduate women studying at the University of Sydney and nearby universities.
40-week contract aligned to the academic year Undergraduate fees follow the University of Sydney academic calendar. Unlike commercial accommodation or private rentals, Sancta residents are not required to take a 52-week contract, significantly reducing annual living expenses.
Flexibility to stay longer Students who wish to remain at the College outside their contracted period may apply for additional weeks, charged at a weekly rate.
