
Graduate House Entrance
Graduate House comprises 128 private ensuite rooms across five levels and accommodates all postgraduate residents at Sancta. Rooms are single occupancy, fully furnished, and offered on all-inclusive residential contracts covering meals, utilities, room servicing, pastoral care, academic support and more.
Graduate House opened in 2014 and was the first of its kind in the University of Sydney Colleges' history. The five-level building includes lift access throughout, CCTV and secure fob entry to the building and individual rooms.

Although postgraduate accommodation is located within Graduate House, residents enjoy full access to Sancta’s Heritage Building, including the Dining Hall, Quadrangle garden, common rooms, Library and dedicated tutorial and study spaces.

Graduate House has a limited number of accessible rooms offering additional floor space, an accessible bathroom layout, queen-sized bed, kitchen sink and larger fridge. All other furnishings and fixtures are consistent with standard rooms.
Demand for Graudate House is strong each year. There is no application fee and you may apply before receiveing your university offer.
